软管泵工作原理：
一根内壁光滑，强度可靠的特制橡胶软管安装在泵体内部，通过一对压辊沿着软管旋转挤压，这样的 旋转使得介质往一个方向输送而不会倒流，软管在输送介质之后，由被压扁软管的自身弹性和侧导轮的强制下，软管恢复原状，此时，软管内产生高真空将介质再次吸入管腔，然后介质在随之而来的压辊挤压下从软管内排出，如此周而复始，介质不断的被吸入和排出。目前产品使用温度为≤100℃。根据用户需要可以开发使用温度在120℃的软管泵软管产品。

不锈钢软管泵的保养：不锈钢泵紧固端面螺栓时，不锈钢泵用力要对称均匀；边紧边盘动转子。若遇到卡涩，不锈钢泵应松掉螺栓重新紧。电泵泵驱动轴不能承受任何径向垂直力，皮带、链条、齿轮等侧向驱动方式禁止使用。底板强的驱动轴与电机轴的连接采用弹性联轴器或链式联轴器。软管泵的齿轮油度要够，不要时间长了泵的底板一软，造成电机与泵不对中而损坏泵。弄清楚泵的允许高转速和现场工作高转速。务必让流体进到入口，尽量不要干转和空转。
